So today I craved wine/beer a lot. Not sure why but it is what it is. Not sure what else to add. I am still pretty grumpy/moody but I have been able to continue getting up early and not feel exhausted.
Breakfast:
fried potatoes, onions and peppers, avocado, unsweetened ketchup, coffee, fried egg
Lunch:
applebees grilled chicken, steamed and grilled veggies
Snack:
Dinner:
Hamburger soup
12 cups water
