Whole 30 experience: Take 2 - - Day 4
Still feeling like my hormones are more balanced, hit a tired wall about 3pm. Noticed I didn't crave a glass of wine today while making dinner.
Other than those things I am just feeling deprived still.
Breakfast:
Apple, almond butter, coffee 1 slice of bacon
Lunch:
Sauteed zucchini with shrimp and a creamy garlic sauce made out of cauliflower. Delicious.
Snack:
small handful of roasted cashews, homemade banana icecream and few strawberries
Dinner:
BBQ steak, hasselback potatoes, broccoli
